Pool and Hot Tub
Open from 7am to 10pm
No glass or coolers on the premises. Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Please refer to pool rules located inside the pool gates. Pool chaise lounges, tables, chairs, and umbrellas located on the lower pool deck are complimentary for guest use on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Housekeeping Service
Max Beach Resort operates as a vacation residence accommodation. We offer a complimentary full residence cleaning on your 5 th day here, which would refresh all linens and amenities, remove trash, and fully clean your residence. Additional fees would apply if you would like us to provide those services prior to your 5 th day of stay.
Trash Removal and towel exchange: $30, plus tax
Full Cleaning & Linen Refresh: $100, plus tax for a one-, two-bedroom residence $150, plus tax for a three-bedroom residence.
Cabanas
Max Beach Resort offers three cabanas on our lower deck, oceanfront, for our guests to enjoy. They are available for rental from 9am to 5pm Friday through Sunday and from 1pm to 5pm Tuesday through Thursday. Weekday Rental Prices start at : $155 plus tax and gratuity, weekend rentals start at $258 plus tax and gratuity, special event dates start at $515, plus tax and gratuity, for a full day. All Cabana rentals include: Two chaise lounge chairs in our Sunkissed lawn area in front of the Cabana, a safe box to hold your valuables, access to WiFi, covered Cabana Seating for up to 8 people, cooler filled with ice and 6 boxed waters, complimentary fountain drinks and Chef prepared refreshing fruit tray. Hungry? Check out our Celebration Package and Family Getaway Package which includes food and beverages. Service is provided for food and beverages from our Venn Bar Oceanfront eatery.

Rooftop spaces are located on the 12 th floor and are open from 6am to 10pm for guests to enjoy.

Beach Chairs and Umbrellas
Seasonal and dependent on Tides
See the front desk to arrange a full day rental of 2 chairs and an umbrella for a fee of $50 per day, plus tax. Available in-season from March to September (Labor Day), during mid- to low tides. You will also find food vendors, ice cream trucks, electric bikes, paddleboards, surf boards, and golf carts all for rent in various locations on the beach.
Beach
The beach is public, and driving is allowed on it. Cars are asked to leave the beach at Sunset. We recommend you download the app: Volusia Beaches. This is a great resource for beach safety information of rip currents, lifeguard locations, tides, and surf updates.
Wi-Fi
Connect to “MAX_Guest” and enter your guest residence number and last name. Wi-Fi fees are included in the resort fee.
Ice Machines
For your convenience, there is an ice machine located at the garage level south of the elevator vestibule, specifically for filling up your coolers. Please note that the ice machine on your refrigerator door may take longer to replace ice. Filtered water
Filtered water is available in the residence refrigerator door, and a bottle refill station is located on the 12 th floor hallway.
Luggage Carts
Luggage carts are available in the lobby and on the north side of the elevators in the garage. Based on availability.
Power in your Residence
There is a power saving key card slot located to the left of your residence front door. Place a card in the slot and push it down to turn on the lights; Pull the card out when you leave to turn the lights off. Air-conditioning will shut off when you open your terrace doors. To keep cool, please close your terrace doors completely.
Wristband Keys
At check-in we provide each guest staying in the resort with a wristband, so you will have easy access unlock the beach gate, exterior entry doors, roof top amenities, parking garage gate, and your
residence. One key does it all! Note that everyone staying on property needs to have a wristband on, so we know you are a Max Guest.Pool Towels
Pool towels are located inside your residence. There is a $30 towel exchange fee if you wish to do this
any time during your stay.Trash and Recycle
There is a trash chute and recycle receptacle located on every floor in the south hallway.
Pet Policy
For the convenience of all guests, pets and Emotional Support Animals are not permitted. Service Animals are allowed per state and federal laws.

Parking
Parking is available on the lobby level and in the garage level. A residence key or wristband is required for garage entry. The first parking pass is included in the resort fees. One- and two-bedroom residences get one pass, and three-bedroom residences get two passes. Any additional parking passes needed will have a $20, plus tax, fee per night.
Smoke-Free
Max Beach Resort is committed to a smoke- and drug-free environment, across the entire resort. A $500 residence recovery fee will be charged for smoking in a residence, per incident.

Evacuation instructions are located on the back of your residence door.

Turtle Nesting Season
Turtle nesting season is from May 1 through October 31. Please close your blinds after sunset. Our pool and amenities on the 12 th floor close at 9pm in compliance with turtle nesting season lighting ordinances.
Safety First
Use the safe located in your residence kitchen to store valuables. Ensure the doors are shut completely and locked. Secure deadbolt and door guard night latch. Use the viewport in the door to confirm all visitors to your residence. Report any suspicious activity to hotel management.
