IS MAX BEACH RESORT GOOD FOR EXTENDED STAYS?

Yes. Max Beach Resort is an excellent choice for extended stays thanks to its condo-style accommodations. Each residence includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable living spaces, and private outdoor space, allowing guests to settle in and feel at home. Extended stay guests also appreciate the convenient location, complimentary Wi-Fi, fitness center, and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and local attractions.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM. This allows the housekeeping team sufficient time to prepare each residence to the resort's high cleanliness standards. If you expect to arrive early, contact the front desk before your arrival. While early check-in cannot be guaranteed, the team will gladly accommodate requests whenever availability permits. The front desk hours are 7am to 11pm.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?

Check-out is 11:00 AM. Guests who require additional time should contact the front desk before departure. Late check-out requests are based on availability and may involve an additional fee depending on occupancy levels. The front desk hours are 7am to 11pm.

IS THE FRONT DESK OPEN 24 HOURS?

HOW MANY GUESTS DOES EACH ROOM TYPE SLEEP?

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, please adhere to the occupancy limits specified on our website for each room type. Exceeding these limits is not permitted and may result in additional charges for a larger room or the need to book an extra room. Unregistered visitors and guests will be asked to leave. IS MAX BEACH RESORT PET-FRIENDLY?
For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow pets in our hotel, with the exception of ADA-certified service dogs.

IS MAX BEACH RESORT ACCESSIBLE?

Yes. Max Beach Resort offers accessible public areas and accessible guest accommodations designed to help guests with disabilities enjoy a comfortable stay. Accessible features include designated parking, accessible routes throughout the property, accessible guest rooms, accessible pool access, and other accommodations that meet accessibility guidelines. Guests with specific accessibility needs are encouraged to contact the resort before arrival so the team can recommend the most appropriate accommodations.

WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE ID AT CHECK-IN?
Yes, all check-ins require a photo identification card and/or passport.

WHAT'S THE NEAREST AIRPORT?
The nearest airport is the Daytona Beach International Airport, just a 15-minute drive from Max Beach Resort.

DOES MAX BEACH RESORT PROVIDE SHUTTLES TO THE AIRPORT?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer an airport shuttle service.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Please note that debit cards will have holds placed on them by your bank and may take longer to release funds. Actual credit card (not digital card) needs to be presented and swiped at check in.

DO YOU PROVIDE CURRENCY EXCHANGE?
We don’t, but we’re happy to point you in the direction of nearby spots that do.

DO YOU HAVE AN EARLY DEPARTURE FEE?
Yes. Once you confirm the dates of your stay at check-in, you’ll be responsible for an early deparute fee if you choose to depart early. Contact our front desk agent for fee.

I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY RESERVATION. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

If you need to make a change to your reservation, please contact the party you booked through. If you booked directly with us, we’re happy to assist—just give us a call at 386-999-2555. However, if you booked through a third-party website (such as Expedia, Booking.com, etc.), you will need to reach out to them directly to make any modifications to your reservation.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE AT CHECK-IN?

All guests occupying the room must be 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 are permitted only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must be registered and remain in the same room for the full duration of the stay.

Resort amenities include a heated oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub, private cabana rentals, direct beach access via both stairs and an accessible ramp, the rooftop Beacon Lounge, Sunrise and Sunset Terraces, the Technogym® fitness center, Venn Bar Oceanfront Eatery, Wi-Fi throughout the property (included with the resort fee), lawn games, bicycle rentals, pool towels, underground parking, and electric vehicle charging stations available for an additional fee.

DOES MAX BEACH RESORT HAVE A HEATED POOL?

Yes. Max Beach Resort features a heated oceanfront swimming pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The pool is heated seasonally to provide a comfortable swimming experience throughout much of the year, making it an enjoyable place to relax regardless of the season. Comfortable lounge chairs surround the pool deck, and guests can easily move between the pool, beach, and Venn Bar during the day.

IS THERE A HOT TUB?

Yes. Adjacent to the pool is a spacious oceanfront hot tub where guests can unwind while enjoying beautiful beach views. Whether you're relaxing after a day exploring Daytona Beach or simply soaking in the ocean breeze, the hot tub offers a peaceful setting just steps from the beach.

ARE PRIVATE CABANAS AVAILABLE?

Are private cabanas available?

Yes. Max Beach Resort offers private oceanfront cabanas available for half-day or full-day rentals. Located along the oceanfront lawn, our cabanas provide a comfortable, shaded space to relax while enjoying beautiful Atlantic Ocean views, with convenient access to the pool, beach, and Venn Bar Oceanfront Eatery. Advance reservations are recommended, especially on weekends, holidays, and during peak travel seasons.

DOES MAX BEACH RESORT HAVE DIRECT BEACH ACCESS?

Yes. Guests enjoy direct access to Daytona Beach from the resort. You can walk from the pool deck directly onto the beach to enjoy swimming, surfing, shell collecting, beach walks, sunrise photography, or simply relaxing by the ocean. Being directly on the beach is one of the features guests appreciate most about staying at Max Beach Resort.

WHAT IS THE BEACON LOUNGE?

Beacon Lounge is Max Beach Resort's exclusive 12th-floor guest lounge overlooking both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. This comfortable gathering space features billiards, tabletop shuffleboard, foosball, comfortable seating, televisions, and spectacular panoramic views. It's the perfect place to relax with family and friends after a day at the beach or simply enjoy a quieter indoor space with incredible scenery.

WHAT ARE THE SUNRISE AND SUNSET TERRACES?

The Sunrise and Sunset Terraces are open-air rooftop gathering spaces located on the 12th floor of Max Beach Resort. The Sunrise Terrace overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, making it a favorite location for watching the sunrise, while the Sunset Terrace offers beautiful western views toward the Intracoastal Waterway and evening sunsets. Both terraces feature comfortable seating and provide some of the best panoramic views in Daytona Beach Shores.

DOES MAX BEACH RESORT HAVE A FITNESS CENTER?

Yes. Max Beach Resort features a state-of-the-art rooftop fitness center equipped with premium Technogym® equipment. Guests have access to cardio machines, strength-training equipment, and functional fitness areas while enjoying spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Working out becomes part of the vacation experience thanks to the inspiring rooftop setting.

IS YOGA AVAILABLE?

While Max Beach Resort does not offer scheduled yoga classes, guests are welcome to enjoy self-guided yoga on the rooftop Sunrise and Sunset Terraces or in the Technogym® fitness center. Yoga mats are available in the fitness center for guest use. The rooftop terraces provide a peaceful setting to stretch, practice yoga, or meditate while taking in beautiful Atlantic Ocean views.

ARE POOL TOWELS PROVIDED?

Yes. A set number of pool towels are provided in each guest residence for use during your stay. Because every residence includes a washer and dryer, guests are welcome to wash and reuse their pool towels as needed. Additional towel exchanges are available for an additional fee.

CAN I RENT BICYCLES?

Yes. Bicycle rentals are available for guests who would like to explore Daytona Beach Shores and the surrounding area. Riding along the beachfront or nearby scenic routes is a popular way to experience the destination. Ask the front desk for rental information and current availability.

ARE ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS AVAILABLE?

Yes. Max Beach Resort offers electric vehicle charging stations for registered guests. Charging stations are available for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to inquire at check-in for current access, pricing, and usage information.

IS Wi-Fi AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE RESORT?

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout Max Beach Resort, including guest residences, the pool area, Beacon Lounge, Venn Bar Oceanfront Eatery, and the rooftop Sunrise and Sunset Terraces. Wi-Fi is included with the resort fee.

CAN I ORDER FOOD AND DRINKS WHILE RELAXING BY THE POOL?

Yes. Guests can enjoy food and beverage service from Venn Bar Oceanfront Eatery while relaxing at the pool or in an oceanfront cabana. Simply place your order with the service staff, and enjoy meals, snacks, cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages without leaving your seat.

ARE THE ROOFTOP AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO ALL GUESTS?

Yes. The Beacon Lounge, Sunrise Terrace, Sunset Terrace, and rooftop fitness center are exclusive amenities available to registered Max Beach Resort guests. These spaces are designed to provide additional areas for relaxation, recreation, and enjoying some of the best views in Daytona Beach Shores.

DO YOU PROVIDE DRY CLEANING SERVICES?
Yes! When your clothes need a little extra care, Max Beach Resort provides dry cleaning services and wash and fold in partnership with a third-party vendor who will pick up and return your clothes the same day.

CAN I ORDER ROOM SERVICE?
While we do not provide room service, you can order for pick-up from our on-site restaurant.

IS HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Max Beach Resort operates as a vacation residence accommodation. We offer a complimentary full residence cleaning on your 5 th day here, which would refresh all linens and amenities, remove trash, and fully clean your residence. Additional fees would apply if you would like us to provide those services prior to your 5 th day of stay.

Trash Removal and towel exchange: $30, plus tax

Full Cleaning & Linen Refresh: $100, plus tax for a one-, two-bedroom residence $150, plus tax for a three-bedroom residence.

IS POOL SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Poolside food and drink services are available during specified restaurant hours, subject to change depending on weather. Orders can also be placed from your phone on the guest experience portal which you will be given access to upon check-in.

CAN I BRING GUESTS TO THE POOL?
If you’re staying at Max Beach Resort and wish to bring guests to the pool, you can register your visitors with the front desk. Please see your room description for the maximum number of guests and visitors allowed for your residence. Over-occupancy could result in the loss of your security deposit.

IS WI-FI INCLUDED?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is covered under the resort fee.

DO YOU OFFER POOL AND BEACH ACCESS?
Yes. Guests enjoy direct beach access and resort-style pool amenities.

IS THERE ON-SITE DINING?
Yes. We offer on-property dining options for added convenience.

IS MOTORCYCLE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Motorcycle parking is $10 plus tax per bike, per night in the designated motorcycle parking area. Motorcycles requiring a full parking space will be charged the vehicle rate.
One vehicle or one motorcycle is permitted per room. Additional vehicles must park in the overflow lot. Bus, RV, Trailer or Oversized vehicle parking is not permitted.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes. Covered garage and uncovered parking are available for registered guests for $24 plus tax per vehicle, per night. One vehicle is permitted per guest residence. Visitor parking and additional vehicle parking are also available for $24 plus tax per vehicle, per night in our overflow parking lot located across the street.

We’re proud to offer ADA-complaint accommodations in all of our residence types, including roll-in showers with grab bars, lowered beds in the master bedroom, and lowered kitchen island countertops.

Accommodation capacity varies by residence type:

• One-Bedroom Residence: Sleeps up to 4 guests

DO ALL RESIDENCES HAVE PRIVATE BALCONIES?

Yes. Every residence includes a spacious private terrace with outdoor seating. Most terraces feature a dining table and Adirondack chairs, creating the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunrise, relax after a day at the beach, or take in views of the Atlantic Ocean and Daytona Beach Shores.

WHICH RESIDENCES OFFER DIRECT OCEAN VIEWS?

Our 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Residences offer direct oceanfront views. Our 2 Bedroom Ocean and City North View Residences offers ocean and city views from the North side of the residences. The Ocean and City South View Residences offers ocean and city views from the South side of the Residences. Our One-bedroom Oceanview offers ocean views from the South side of the residences. Our 2 Bedroom City View Residences offers partial ocean view and views of the Intracoastal waterway and city views. Our Two Bedroom First Floor Walkout Residences offers partial views of the ocean from the ground level terrace.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN OCEAN VIEW AND AN OCEANFRONT RESIDENCE?

Oceanfront residences face directly toward the Atlantic Ocean, providing panoramic beach views from the main living areas and terrace. Ocean View residences also offer beautiful ocean views, although the angle or position within the building may vary depending on the residence type. Both provide a relaxing coastal experience with easy access to the beach. Only our three bedroom residences are oceanfront.

ARE THE RESIDENCES SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES?

Absolutely. Families appreciate the spacious layouts, multiple bedrooms, full kitchens, in-room laundry, separate living areas, and private terraces. These features provide plenty of room for everyone to relax together while still enjoying personal space. The larger residences are especially popular with multigenerational families traveling together.

ARE THE RESIDENCES SUITABLE FOR EXTENDED STAYS?

Yes. Max Beach Resort was designed with longer vacations in mind. Full kitchens, in_room laundry, spacious living areas, reliable Wi-Fi, and comfortable furnishings make it easy to settle in for a week, a month, or longer. Many guests choose the resort because it offers all the conveniences of home in an oceanfront setting.

DO THE RESIDENCES HAVE SMART TV'S?

Yes. Each residence includes multiple 4K televisions with premium cable channels and secure STAYCAST streaming, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite streaming services using their own accounts. Whether you're catching up on a movie after a day at the beach or relaxing in the evening, entertainment is always available.

IS WI-FI INCLUDED?

Wi-Fi is included in the daily resort fee. Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort and inside every residence. Guests can easily stream entertainment, attend virtual meetings, browse the internet, or stay connected with family and friends throughout their stay.

DO THE RESIDENCES INCLUDE A SAFE?

Yes. Every residence includes an in-room electronic safe where guests can securely store valuables such as passports, wallets, jewelry, laptops, and other personal belongings during their stay.

DO YOU OFFER SMOKING ROOMS?
Smoking is prohibited in all our residences but is permitted outside in designated areas.

ARE LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED?

Yes. Every residence has bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. Pool towels are also available in each residence for guest use, allowing you to travel lighter while enjoying your stay.

WHERE CAN I KEEP MY VALUABLES DURING MY STAY?
All of our residences come equipped with a safe for storing your goods.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC FLOOR OR VIEW?

Guests may select their preferred view when booking. Floor level requests are noted and accommodated based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.

ARE CRIBS OR PAK 'N PLAYS AVAILABLE?

A limited number of Pack 'n Plays are available upon request, subject to availability. Cribs are not provided. Guests traveling with infants are encouraged to contact the resort prior to arrival to inquire about Pack 'n Play availability.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR MY STAY?

Most guests find that everything needed for a comfortable stay is already provided. You may simply want to bring groceries, beverages, beach gear, sunscreen, and personal items. With a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, spacious living areas, and comfortable furnishings, your residence is designed to feel like your home away from home.

CAN WE HAVE A PARTY IN OUR ROOM?

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, Max Beach Resort has a strict no-party policy in guest rooms. Additionally, only registered guests are permitted in the guest rooms. Unregistered visitors or guests will be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
