This annual event, held at the Ocean Center Convention Center in Daytona Beach, brings together top talent from across the state to showcase precision, safety, and skill behind the wheel of big rigs.
More than just a competition, the Florida Truck Driving Championships (FTDC) is a celebration of the men and women who keep our supply chains moving. Drivers compete in various categories based on vehicle type, from straight trucks and 3-axle tractors to tankers and twins. The event includes a written test, a pre-trip inspection challenge, and a rigorous driving skills course that mimics real-life situations on the road.
