One of Daytona Beach’s favorite fall traditions returns this November! The 64th Annual Halifax Art Festival will transform historic Downtown Daytona Beach into a vibrant outdoor celebration of art, creativity and community on Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8, 2026.
Held along Beach Street from Orange Avenue to Bay Street, the Halifax Art Festival is one of Florida’s longest-running art festivals and the second-oldest continually operating juried art festival in the state. Each year, thousands of visitors make their way downtown to browse original artwork, meet talented artists and enjoy a weekend along Daytona Beach’s beautiful riverfront.
Explore the Work of Artists from Across the Country
Art is at the heart of the Halifax Art Festival. The 2026 event will feature more than 200 artists, including approximately 150 fine-art exhibitors, bringing an impressive variety of original works to Daytona Beach.
Festival-goers can stroll from booth to booth discovering paintings, photography, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, mixed media, handcrafted pieces and other one-of-a-kind creations. Whether you are a serious art collector, searching for a unique piece for your home or simply enjoy seeing what talented artists create, there is plenty to discover.
One of the best parts of an outdoor art festival is the opportunity to meet the artists themselves. Visitors can learn more about their inspiration and creative process while shopping for pieces directly from the people who created them.
More Than an Art Show
The Halifax Art Festival is about more than browsing beautiful artwork. Throughout the weekend, visitors can enjoy live music, student art exhibits, family-friendly activities, food and beverages, creating an atmosphere that makes the festival enjoyable for all ages.
Young artists also get their chance to shine through the festival’s juried student art exhibits, giving visitors an opportunity to see the creativity of the next generation of local artists.
And with the holidays just around the corner, the festival is a great place to get an early start on holiday shopping. Original artwork and handcrafted items make memorable gifts you simply won't find in a traditional store.
Experience Downtown Daytona Beach
The setting is another reason the Halifax Art Festival is such a special Daytona Beach tradition. The festival stretches through the historic Beach Street district alongside the Halifax River and the Riverfront Esplanade.
Between visiting artist booths, take time to explore the locally owned shops, restaurants and cafés throughout downtown. The beautifully landscaped Riverfront Esplanade also provides the perfect place to slow down, enjoy the waterfront scenery and take in the atmosphere of the weekend.
