WHERE IS MAX BEACH RESORT?
Max Beach Resort is perfectly positioned in Daytona Beach Shores, a chilled-out oceanfront community less than a five-minute drive from the heart of Daytona Beach.

WHAT ARE THE STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
You’re welcome to check-in anytime after 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of your departure. The front desk hours are 7am to 11pm.
HOW MANY GUESTS DOES EACH ROOM TYPE SLEEP?
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, please adhere to the occupancy limits specified on our website for each room type. Exceeding these limits is not permitted and may result in additional charges for a larger room or the need to book an extra room. Unregistered visitors and guests will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.
IS MAX BEACH RESORT PET-FRIENDLY?
For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow pets in our hotel, with the exception of ADA-certified service dogs.
WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE ID AT CHECK-IN?
Yes, all check-ins require a photo identification card and/or passport.
WHAT'S THE NEAREST AIRPORT?
The nearest airport is the Daytona Beach International Airport, just a 15-minute drive from Max Beach Resort.
DOES MAX BEACH RESORT PROVIDE SHUTTLES TO THE AIRPORT?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer an airport shuttle service.
WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Please note that debit cards will have holds placed on them by your bank and may take longer to release funds. Actual credit card (not digital card) needs to be presented and swiped at check in.
DO YOU PROVIDE CURRENCY EXCHANGE?
We don’t, but we’re happy to point you in the direction of nearby spots that do.
DO YOU HAVE AN EARLY DEPARTURE FEE?
Yes. Once you confirm the dates of your stay at check-in, you’ll be responsible for an early departure fee of $100.00 + tax if you choose to check-out prior to your scheduled date. Note that minimum stay requirements must be met, and your rate is based on length of stay, so the rate may increase if you shorten your stay.
I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY RESERVATION. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?
If you need to make a change to your reservation, please contact the party you booked through. If you booked directly with us, we’re happy to assist—just give us a call at 386-999-2555. However, if you booked through a third-party website (such as Expedia, Booking.com, etc.), you will need to reach out to them directly to make any modifications to your reservation.
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO STAY AT THE RESORT?
The minimum check-in age for all guests staying in our residences is 25 years old, unless accompanied by a parent.
