    WHERE IS MAX BEACH RESORT?
    Max Beach Resort is perfectly positioned in Daytona Beach Shores, a chilled-out oceanfront community less than a five-minute drive from the heart of Daytona Beach.

    WHAT ARE THE STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
    You’re welcome to check-in anytime after 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of your departure. The front desk hours are 7am to 11pm.

    HOW MANY GUESTS DOES EACH ROOM TYPE SLEEP?

    For the comfort and safety of all our guests, please adhere to the occupancy limits specified on our website for each room type. Exceeding these limits is not permitted and may result in additional charges for a larger room or the need to book an extra room. Unregistered visitors and guests will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

    IS MAX BEACH RESORT PET-FRIENDLY?
    For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow pets in our hotel, with the exception of ADA-certified service dogs.

    WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE ID AT CHECK-IN?
    Yes, all check-ins require a photo identification card and/or passport.

    WHAT'S THE NEAREST AIRPORT?
    The nearest airport is the Daytona Beach International Airport, just a 15-minute drive from Max Beach Resort.

    DOES MAX BEACH RESORT PROVIDE SHUTTLES TO THE AIRPORT?
    Unfortunately, we don’t offer an airport shuttle service.

    WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Please note that debit cards will have holds placed on them by your bank and may take longer to release funds. Actual credit card (not digital card) needs to be presented and swiped at check in.

    DO YOU PROVIDE CURRENCY EXCHANGE?
    We don’t, but we’re happy to point you in the direction of nearby spots that do.

    DO YOU HAVE AN EARLY DEPARTURE FEE?
    Yes. Once you confirm the dates of your stay at check-in, you’ll be responsible for an early departure fee of $100.00 + tax if you choose to check-out prior to your scheduled date. Note that minimum stay requirements must be met, and your rate is based on length of stay, so the rate may increase if you shorten your stay.

    I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY RESERVATION. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

    If you need to make a change to your reservation, please contact the party you booked through. If you booked directly with us, we’re happy to assist—just give us a call at 386-999-2555. However, if you booked through a third-party website (such as Expedia, Booking.com, etc.), you will need to reach out to them directly to make any modifications to your reservation.

    IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO STAY AT THE RESORT?

    The minimum age for all guests staying in our residences is 25 years old, unless accompanied by a parent.

    WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTY IS MAX BEACH RESOR?
    Max Beach Resort is an oceanfront, condo-style resort in Daytona Beach Shores. Our accommodations are professionally managed like a hotel but offer the space and features of a condominium.

    WHERE IS MAX BEACH RESORT LOCATED?
    We are located directly on the ocean in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida.

    IS MAX BEACH RESORT GOOD FOR FAMILIES?
    Yes. Families appreciate our spacious layouts, full kitchens, in-residence laundry, and beachfront location.

    IS THIS A GOOD OPTION FOR EXTENDED STAYS?
    Absolutely. Our condo-style residences are ideal for guests staying multiple nights or longer.

    DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM STAY?
    A minimum two night stay may apply depending on season and demand.

    DO YOU SELL YOUR CONDOS OR HAVE CONDOS FOR SALE?

    Condo ownership opportunities at Max Beach Resort are coming soon and will be released in the near future.     DO YOU PROVIDE DRY CLEANING SERVICES?
    Yes! When your clothes need a little extra care, Max Beach Resort provides dry cleaning services and wash and fold in partnership with a third-party vendor who will pick up and return your clothes the same day.

    DO YOU HAVE ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS?
    Yes, we have two electric vehicle charging stations available on our upper parking area.

    CAN I ORDER ROOM SERVICE?
    While we do not provide room service, you can order for pick-up from our on-site restaurant.

    IS POOL SERVICE AVAILABLE?
    Poolside food and drink services are available during specified restaurant hours, subject to change depending on weather. Orders can also be placed from your phone on the guest experience portal which you will be given access to upon check-in.

    CAN I BRING GUESTS TO THE POOL?
    If you’re staying at Max Beach Resort and wish to bring guests to the pool, you can register your visitors with the front desk. Please see your room description for the maximum number of guests and visitors allowed for your residence. Over-occupancy could result in the loss of your security deposit.

    DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER?
    Yes. Guests have access to our on-site 24 hour TECHNOGYM® fitness center with their guest key fob.

    IS WI-FI INCLUDED?
    Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is covered under the resort fee.

    DO YOU OFFER POOL AND BEACH ACCESS?
    Yes. Guests enjoy direct beach access and resort-style pool amenities.

    IS THERE ON-SITE DINING?
    Yes. We offer on-property dining options for added convenience.

    IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
    Yes. Covered garage and uncovered parking options are available for registered guests $24 plus tax per night. One vehicle per room. Visitor parking or additional vehicle parking is also available for $24 plus tax per night in our overflow parking lot across the street.

    DOES MAX BEACH RESORT OFFER ADA-COMPLIANT ACCOMMODATIONS?
    We’re proud to offer ADA-complaint accommodations in all of our residence types, including roll-in showers with grab bars, lowered beds in the master bedroom, and lowered kitchen island countertops.

    WHICH RESIDENCES OFFER DIRECT OCEAN VIEWS?

    Our 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Residences offer direct oceanfront views. Our 2 Bedroom Ocean and City North View Residences offers ocean and city views from the North side of the residences. The Ocean and City South View Residences offers ocean and city views from the South side of the Residences. Our One-bedroom Oceanview offers ocean views from the South side of the residences. Our 2 Bedroom City View Residences offers partial ocean view and views of the Intracoastal waterway and city views. Our One Bedroom and Two Bedroom First Floor Walkout Residences offers partial views of the ocean from the terrace.

    DO YOU OFFER SMOKING ROOMS?
    Smoking is prohibited in all our residences but is permitted outside in designated areas.

    WHERE CAN I KEEP MY VALUABLES DURING MY STAY?
    All of our residences come equipped with a safe for storing your goods.

    CAN WE HAVE A PARTY IN OUR ROOM?

    To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, Max Beach Resort has a strict no-party policy in guest rooms. Additionally, only registered guests are permitted in the guest rooms. Unregistered visitors or guests will be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    DO THE RESIDENCES HAVE FULL KITCHENS?
    Yes. Every residence includes a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances.

    Yes. Each residence includes a private full sized front load washer and dryer.

    HOW MANY BEDROOMS FO YOU OFFER?
    We offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences.

    ARE THE RESIDENCES LARGER THAN HOTEL ROOMS?
    Yes. Our residences offer significantly more space than traditional hotel rooms, making them ideal for families and groups.

    ARE THE RESIDENCES FULLY FURNISHED?
    Yes. All residences are fully furnished and ready for comfortable living.
